Experiencia fantástica: I had a muscular problem with my back while on holiday in Malaga which was causing me discopmfort and low back pain when I walked any distance. A close friend recommended Marcel's Physical Therapy and I found a good analysis of the causes and effective therapies which greatly relieved the problem. I had three sessions with Marcel and this allowed me to continue my holiday comfortably. I would highly recommend his professionalism and the effective treatments he offers.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic! I had severe pain in my lower back, down my leg.. my whole right side. Ibuprofen was doing nothing for me. I saw Marcel twice, but even after just one time it was so much better. The second trip was the icing on the cake. He performed some painful massage and gave me some exercises for self care. I recommend 100% and will visit again when in need. Funnily enough, after I found Marcel via a FB group, I also noticed a neighbour in my community recommended him to another neighbour, so that makes him a Body Guru in my book!

Experiencia fantástica: Strong for life’s new clinic in Calypso is easy to access off the main carretera A7, using the turn off at the CEPSA garage heading from la cala towards Calahonda. There is ample parking facilities around the area and so makes it easy to park. The clinic is very bright and airy with a reception area when you first walk in. The treatment room is also very welcoming with bright uplifting decor. There are big windows which makes the room very airy. The clinic has further treatments rooms which will made available in the future, so I look forward to seeing how Marcel develops his business. I first met Marcel back in early February as I was in agony with my back and leg. Marcel did a thorough consultation and advised me to get either an X-ray or MRI scan as he felt it was important to see exactly what the issues are with my back etc. I was very impressed that he informed me to do this. In the past other treatments I’ve had never mentioned having any form of scans etc! I have now been having quite a few treatments with Marcel to help alleviate the pain and to get me mobile. Marcel has been honest and upfront with stating that my treatments will be be on going as this is not a quick fix for my issues. However, I am walking without pain and feel more mobile. I am just happy that my pain is under control and I feel better able to manage my everyday life. Marcel is very professional in his approach to his clients, He is easy to talk too and has an excellent rapport, making the treatments a easier when sometimes they can be a little painful. I feel comfortable in the knowledge that my back pain is being addressed with the right treatment plan. Thank you so much Marcel. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marcel to anyone who is having issues with pain or just needs to re access their posture/alignment of the body.

Experiencia fantástica: I have suffered a knee injury for almost a year with no one really knowing what the issue was until I visited Marcel at Strong for Life. Truly grateful I did as he thought the issue may be an ACL Ligament issue, he suggested I get an MRI scan or Eco scan but in the meantime eased my knee and lower glute region as I was becoming increasing stiff and in pain. Today I know it is this issue and cannot thank Marcel enough for the work he has done with me and the exercises to help at home too. Experiencia fantástica: I am in the process of recovering from hip surgery at the end of last year. Everything went well and i am now pain free. I felt i needed some physiotherapy and Marcel was recommended to me by a friend. I went last month to ask his opinion on what i needed. He recommended some treatments to improve my flexibility and massage to ease tightness in my back and waist. After several sessions, i am feeling much more supple and stronger in my movements. Experiencia fantástica: I attended Marcel on 3 occasions with chronic calf strain in my left leg. I had been suffering with it for about 8 weeks. He displayed great knowledge of the issue and all is now good as a result of his treatment I intend to visit him for maintenance treatment from time to time as I have an slight issue with my C spine which can require intervention at times. I went to Marcel on a monday morning, he squuezed me in because i had a bit of an emergency, my entire neck and shoulder was completely cramped up and i had 2 huge knots, but after one session with Marcel snd one day rest i felt 75 % better On friday morning i repeated and then i felt 95% better! I was experiencing neck and upper back and shoulder pain and also suffering a constant headache, which I believed was caused by the same issue. Within a short time, the headache stopped entirely and I have so much more mobility in my neck and shoulders now. It is well worth calling on his talents, because he was able to identify the problem and provide a solution so quickly.

After, having my first knee replacement I was kindly introduced to Marcel and for us both to find out -during his first session - that a week later I was to have my second knee replacement. Marcel amazing managed to get me back on my feet and ready to injure my next surgery. Once having both my knee replaced, Marcel gave me the believe through his knowledge and talent, that I would be able to cope with day to day activities, like getting up and out was made 100 times easier because of him and his work! My daily therapy enabled me to climb stairs, walk and swim! Much quicker than anyone, thank you Marcel!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to see Marcel with a few injuries, two of them were muscle sprains from over working at the gym and the worst was my shoulder pain that i have suffered with for several years. I have seen various physiotherapists and Osteopaths over the years that haven't been able to fix it, however Marcel knew on the first treatment the exact problem area and within 4 sessions i was good to go! I know i may need more treatment in the future as i do push my body to the limits but i wouldn't go anywhere else now. Highly recommended!!!

Experiencia fantástica: After having a complete hip replacement at 49 I’ve suffered chronic pain ever since. Over the last few years I have been sent for different tests and seen different doctors all resulting in ever increasing strength pain meds, but no hope of an end to the pain. It was impossible to get back to any form of normal life as after a few minutes of walking I’d be in crippling pain. After working with Marcel for only a few weeks I was able to start getting back to a normal life. The difference was quite incredible. I started to look on google for a new physio therapist and I found Marcel, his reviews were really good and he had received 5 stars from the people who had used him. On my first session Marcel was friendly and welcoming and talked to me first about what problems I had with my back and neck and what I could change in everyday life to help improve my problems, after my first session I felt lighter and in a lot less pain and my dizziness has stopped. All in all he is an amazing physiotherapist and I would recommended him to anyone who has a problem that needs physiotherapy.

His physiotherapy included various techniques and technologies as well as one to one gym strengthening sessions using all the equipment at Alhamar fitness centre. Being a dancer in training I required full mobility and ankle strength back after wearing a walking boot but thanks to physio with Marcel my ankle is stronger than before with advised techniques to keep up with full body injury prevention and strengthening for the future.
